Welcome to this sacred space called Spirit Women. We hope that your time here is peaceful and productive, as well as purposeful and even a bit playful.

If you have come to this space, it is likely because you are a woman in transition. You are a woman who has experienced one or more of the Dreaded D's:

  • Divorce
  • Debt
  • Downsizing
  • Dis-ease
  • Death

Experiencing one or more of these can lead you to one or more of the   Deadly D's:

  • Doubt
  • Discouragement
  • Disappointment
  • Depression
  • Despair
You are probably at that bend in the road and realize that it is not a  journey meant to be travelled alone. The road can be very long, and the path very dark, and you see that it is too treacherous to go it alone.

Spirit Woman Coach Carolyn is your companion on the journey. Our mission is to be the catalyst for providing the resources, the support, and the nurturing you need, companioning you through this journey of change and transformation to a place of inner peace, passion, purpose, and prosperity.
