Spiritual Life Coaching is the process of journeying with a woman to help her discover the divine agenda for her life, while seeking the Spirit’s guidance to see that agenda become reality.

Spiritual Life Coaching helps her listen to Spirit about where change is needed and then equips and empowers her to make the necessary changes.

The coaching relationship is a catalyst – a strong, safe, nutritious, dependable vessel – in which profound change can safely take place for the woman being coached. This ripples out to all other relationships in her life – family, friends, co-workers, and her intimate partner.

A spiritual life coach is a listener who raises the awareness of the client by asking deep and divinely inspired questions, leading her to explore and discover her own truth in fulfilling her soul purpose.

About Coach Carolyn

Carolyn D. Townes, S.F.O., a professed Secular Franciscan, is a Spiritual Life and Leadership Coach and Spiritual Grief Counselor. She is a highly sought after speaker, writer, facilitator, singer and storyteller. She has been coaching for about twelve years and has not looked back.

Being an empath and tragedies in her own life, gave her the tools needed to personally walk the journey with her clients. She is also a transcendent, having gone through and now using her "gift" of change and transcendence to journey with others.

She creates and leads workshops on numerous women's issues, including women, anger and forgiveness, women in transition, finding one's life purpose, the power of change and the training program, Equip and Empower, which gives women the tools needed to effectively and efficiently communicate, facilitate, lead, and teach.

She is also the creator and facilitator of Becoming a Woman of Purpose, a monthly gathering of women seeking to discover their divine purpose and mission.
